The following instructions refer to internet
explorer 7 and Internet Options.

Select “Security Tab” from Internet Options
- Select
Custom Level
- Scroll
down until you to the following option
“Display video and animation on a web page
that does not use external media player”
- Change
option from “Disable” to “Enable”
then click ok!
- Select
“Yes” on warning prompt.
- Click “Ok”
on Internet options to close.
- You may
need to refresh the page to enable the above changes to have effect.
